Review content:
What you are about to read is false and was written by a company called secure remote support to promote their business by ""piggybacking"" Geeks Squads Reviews.
God damn Geek Squad sucks. My mom had one of their so called computer guys come out to speed up our pc and install a new printer.
They charged her 99 bucks for the ""optimization"" and another 50 to plug in two cords. I can imagine the speeding up service took some time
but setting up a printer is like 2 seconds of plugging one usb cord from the pc to the printer and another from the printer to the wall.
Not to mention they didn't even install the software that came with the printer. She ended up calling someone else to help her setup the
printer stuff because she didn't want to pay another 50 dollars. While she was having this other business install the software they
that she didn't have antivirus and suggested that might help her keep pc running better longer and to keep it secure. The geek squad
tech didn't either bother to mention it or didn't notice. Mom was offered a discount on the work and antivirus she was having done by
the other company to make up for her previous bad experience. This tech was pleasant and understanding. He also gave my mom his cell number
to call him directly if she had any more problems. That is exactly what business should be like. Thanks secure remote support.
