I met this woman at the mall and she gave me her card. I called her a few times and when I had enough money saved up, I decided to go and see a litter of puppies. I thought I was going to her home and was going to get to sit down and interact with not only the puppies in the litter but the parents of the puppies. I got to her house and a gal was just leaving, holding a dog upside down. She had said they just bred her and was trying to make sure nothing leaked out, GROSS! Her dog was a huge dog and it stunk like no tomorrow! I was not invited inside at first which I felt was odd, but than she did let me in her home. I did not get to see any parents, and none were even litter mates. I really wanted one of them but her price was much higher than the others and I just couldnt afford it, even with no tax it was more than I could afford. With a heavy heart I left with no puppies, I just had a bad feeling about the place and didn't want to settle for something I didnt really truly want. As I was getting in my car to leave, the breeder told me she could lower the price on the puppy I wanted, a little less than what she said first but still a little more thanI had, my best friend was kind enough to help me out so we could leave with the little girl we both fell in love with! I am very happy I purchased her but it makes me sad to know her parents are most likely not loved. She ended up getting way bigger than I was told, and is most likely a lot younger than I was told (i had wanted an older dog so it would be easier to potty train and so it wouldnt get too big), but I wouldnt trade her for the world! I feel bad for supporting a bad cause and she has costed a lot more money that planned and had an ear infection and kennel cough, she is healthy now and I love her, she's my little misfit! Pros: sweet puppies and slightly neg. on prices Cons: not trustworthy, puppies not kept as i feel they deserve!
