The issue between ourselves and Laramie Valley Contracting (DBA Laramie Valley Roofing) has been resolved. The owner did return our security deposit HOWEVER only after significant effort on our part. I want to use this medium to inform others of our experience which was wholly unfavorable. The owner would not return our calls for an extended period and his secretary had no knowledge of our issue ? we felt we got the total run around trying to locate the owner for the return of our money. We ONLY had an opportunity to finally speak directly to him after we accidentally ran into him on one of his job sites. During that discussion he became confrontational and aggressive ? but finally agreed to return our deposit. Our experience with him was inherently displeasing and IN MY OPINION he is not worth the headache of hiring. There are other, more reputable people to deal with in Laramie. No excuse for not contacting us for an extended period -we got the total run-around and I would highly recommend you do your homework on the company?s reputation before hiring. The intent of this is to inform others of our experience. It is solely my opinion of the manner in which the owner conducted business with us - it is factual, non-malevolent and not personal.
