I was quite disappointed with the actual cleaning service, after having a very positive experience setting up the appointment (woman I spoke to was very friendly, responsive and professional).
I just felt that the cleaning was very superficial and, to be honest, I am not sure if they even cleaned the kitchen floor like they were supposed to. I hate cleaning but I honestly thought I could have done a better and more thorough job myself. They also left their rags on the kitchen counter and so I had to run out to give them back to them before they drove off. Then, after they'd left, I found a bag of food scraps on my son's desk!! They probably set it down at some point and then forgot to throw it away. Not worth the money that I had spent.
