I was very pleased with everything Mix em Up did. When I first called, they were completely different from the other schools that I contacted. They spent time answering all of my questions and did NOT push me to sign up or call me back EVERY day, as others did. So my first impression was very good. I was also allowed to sit in on a class and observe without any sales pitch, trying to get my money that night. Having been in sales, this was appreciated. I did the fulltime one week class, and although it was a lot of information, I feel the course was designed well that I was able to learn all of it in that short time period. If I did it all over again I would probably take the part time class but my schedule right now would not allow me to do so. Sara was a fabulous teacher. She has a great way of communicating the material and knew when to push each student and when to encourage. You can tell she loves what she does. I look forward to representing Mix em Up out in the bartending world and suggest to anyone interested in learning bartending to go to this school. Thank you Sara & Drew. It was a great week.
