Review content:
We booked a room here for the March 2007 Nascar Nextel Cup race, and were displeased with EVERY aspect of this establishment. We had a fight on our hands to get a few clean towels in the morning, and as penance for that, our room was not cleaned that day, while we were at the track. Upon returning and complaining to the front desk, we were told too bad, there was no housekeeper there at that time, and that we would not be compensated, and if we wanted our wet, dirty towels picked up, we could come down to the front desk and get a bag to gather them. The following day, we had one bed made in our room, and some clean towels, and that was it. Upon complaining at checkout, the Operations Manager, Felicia Perry got in my face and argued with me that I did not ASK for my room to be cleaned. What the heck? I thought you only asked for ""Do Not Disturb"" and DON'T clean the room. When I told her I found this unacceptable, she indicated to me that I could ""march upstairs and get my things and check out"" if I didn't like it there, and again, there would be no compensation for the poor service. On top of that, she refused to give me the name of the owner of the property that I requested, so I could file a formal complaint. DO NOT stay at this hotel - they do not care about their guests.
Cons: Poor service, dirty rooms
