Review content:
Four days before our wedding we needed to make a change in the time of the limo pickups. Barry was no where to be found and no one was answering the office line. We had to scramble to find another limo company. Joseph's limo came to the rescue.
As it turned out, Barry was on vacation with his family so his office was closed. Not very comforting. He apologized and agreed to return our deposit of $200.00. It's three months after the wedding and no refund.
Be sure to ask around about your limo company before booking them for your event. As it turned out, no other company I called ever heard of B & M Limo, the assumption is that B & M is a broker that does not own their own fleet. I have no way to confirm this but I would stay clear of B & M Limo.
Cons: Impossible to get a hold of on the phone or email.
