I have been going to Female Fitness for over 10 years and totally disagree with ""dawnpanties"" review. First of all they have a class at 12 and one at 1 on Sundays so to say they close whenever they want on Sundays is absurd. I also go later on Saturdays and the girl always stays open until 4 even if there is only one member there - unless they are on a ""holiday"" schedule. Yes, the music is loud but it is a smaller gym and they do the best with the space they have. There are other gyms to go to if you are looking for extended weekend hours or a closed in aerobic floor but this gym offers a great class schedule, a friendly staff and I think it's great.
