THIS WAS WORST THAN A NIGHTMARE THAT CAME TRUE, THE MANAGER ZLATKA KIRILOV IS VERY RUDE AND HAS VERY BAD MANAGING SKILLS. OMGOSH... Where to start, First of all I WAS VERY EXCITED TO MOVE IN. But i should have read all these negative reviews. :( THEY ARE TRUE), I moved in about 3 months ago. I signed a 1 year lease. BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE WAS MOVING HERE. So the 3rd day i was finally moved in. ON the forth day, I had to go to the office for something, and thats when the NIGHTMARE began. I MET THE MANAGER. (GRRRR), Okay she pulls me in her office and started telling me the neighbor below has been writing me up for Noise ALL day, While i was moving for past 3 days. So 3 write up's!!! As we were talking she mentioned that ""if it wasn't her day off, SHE WOULD OF NEVER PUT US BYE THESE'S BUTCH OF WINDER'S AROUND US. (On a recorded device that i have). And she acted like she understood the situation. WE JUST MOVED IN DURING THE DAY, I have a 5 year old and he goes to sleep at 8:30 pm. Okay so i figured i would just let it go. (another big problem). Sooo i guess the fact i have a child and the lady below us didnt like that, SHE MADE IT VERY CLEAR. She started BANGING ON THE PIPE'S, AND HAVING PARTY'S WITH LOUD MUSIC ON. Every night. So i had to call the police twice and they broke up the party. Now i GO TO WORK EVERY MORNING AND GET UP AT 6:30 AM TO TAKE A SHOWER (must add the plumbing keeps backing up and the water STINKS). So, I GUESS THE NEIGHBOR BELOW has been complaining that we wake her up every morning when i take a shower. AND WE ARE BANGING ON THE FLOOR. LOL, AFTER I TAKE A SHOWER, I HERE THIS LOUD BANGING ON THE PIPE'S. Again she was banging on the pipe's. So then she had nothing better to do but to go the office every morning and write us up while i was at work. WOOOOW. So then i get another call from this rude lady ""THE MANAGER"". First of all, she is RUDE, and just keeps cutting you off when you talk to her. (look at all the bad reviews about her) THERE ALL TRUE. Okay, so then at this time, ""The manager"" is now asking for us to resign our lease and MOVE OUT. (now i have a child whom i just put in school here close by), and I couldn't believe how rude this lady was. BUT I FIGURED, that would be difficult. so i declined, 2ND MISTAKE I MADE MOVING HERE. So now as i go to work, and have a child 80 percent custody. I guess the lady downstair's has still been complaining about the morning shower. So to break it down, As soon as you sign your lease, You now are in the hands of the MANAGER. AND The other people that work here, just turn on you. The PLUMBING IS REALLY BAD, THE WALLS ARE SO THIS THAT YOU CAN HERE THE NEIGHBOR COUGH, THE FLOORS ARE THIN ALSO, SO YOU HERE ALOT OF BANGING, THE DOORS VIBRATE THE WHOLE BUILDING WHEN CLOSED, THE SLIDING DOORS ARE VERY LOUD AND ALSO SHAKE THE BUILDING, THERE IS POISON IN THE PAINT (and the paint is peeling everywhere), WEIRD NEIGHBORS, EVERYONE THAT LIVES HERE IS RUDE, THERE IS NO PARKING FOR ANY OTHER CAR. They except cats only (cause they have a MICE AND RAT PROBLEM), THERE HAVE BEEN LOUD PARTY'S AT THE POOL SINCE DAY ONE, MOSTLY AT NIGHT, UNDER AGE DRINKING EVERY NIGHT THERE ALSO, AND AGAIN ""THE MANAGER ZLATKA KIRILOV IS VERY RUDE AND SHOULD BE FIRED. ""READ THE REVIEWS"". So back to my NIGHTMARE, So now we are still currently living here, The manager told me she has to get her Lawyer involved. And I AM GETTING EVICTED FROM HERE. THEY ARE NOW GOING TO RUIN MY PERFECT RENTING HISTORY AND MAKE ME PAY FOR LAWYER FEE'S. What a nightmare, IF YOU HAVE A CHILD, GOOD LUCK, CAUSE THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR KIDS. TO MANY PARTING AT NIGHT, and THE MANAGING DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. Even after the police get it on record.
