Businiess name:  Playdom
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Playdom has transformed itself from a creative and high quality game design company to a corporation which, having made millions for its creators, has, for the last year or more, become a poster child for shoddy design (think hundreds of bugs in a single quest, millions of incredibly angry players, servers shutting down, and facebook partially paralyzed) and even worse customer service. Gardens of Time, voted (by whom?) the most popular game on Facebook, is single-handedly swirling Playdom down the proverbial toilet. Playdom has hired artificial manniquins to handle all customer service issues, including requests for fixes, billing concerns, and fraud. You have only to visit Playdom's own community forums to discover the depth and breadth of dissatisfaction, which veers from outrage to really outraged. I'm not sure if there is special training to become this awful, but if you have any desire to stay sane and in control of your money, stay away from this company.
