The Ultimate Art Form Tattoo Shop is the best shop around. I MUST write this review after reading what the other person wrote in their review. I have been going to this tattoo shop for quite awhile now and I know for a fact that the artist was NOT smoking while tattooing. There is no smoking inside the shop. You must go outside in the hall to smoke. I see the people who work there clean after every procedure. This shop has been open for nearly 15 years! I totally disagree what the other reviewer said about it being a biker tattoo shop, I'm not a biker and not everyone in there is a biker, but bikers DO get tattoos. They welcome everybody, all walks of life into their shop. They have a great reputation and the people who work there are great. If you can't find what you are looking for on the wall or in books, they can custom draw what you want, or you can bring in your own picture. Not many shops can do that. They have alot of jewelry to choose from for your piercings. When you get a new piercing, it includes the jewelry and after-care solution. You don't have to buy those seperate. I highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to get a great tattoo at a reasonable price. Bo will take care of your tattoo and piercing needs. In fact, I seen a page on myspace showing their work. Check it out for yourself.
