I just got home from their shop. Horrible service.
I called yesterday to make an appt to have a muffler replaced. They told me I had to come in so they can look at my exhaust configuration even though I told them everything they'd need to know. I made an appointment and had to leave work early as they are only open until 5. I got there and they had no idea why I was there. 10 minutes after I got there they finally had me talk to one of their techs who sat and looked through catalogs for 20 minutes just to tell me everything I already knew. It was a huge waste of my time and I will not be doing business with them again.
