This shop did a custom cat-back exhaust for a friend of mine and welded directly to the catalytic converter which any GOOD mechanic can tell you should not be done. After the check-engine light came on with a catalytic converter code (less than 24 hours later) they told him that it was nothing they had done and that the converter was just bad... which was not the case. They also welded the muffler on crooked and did not properly route the exhaust, it rattles and hits against the body of the car. Very poor workmanship and very poor customer service, a shop should own up to their mistakes and stand behind their work, they did not.
