I recently had Custom come out to my house and give me a estimate on removing some deck boards so some water issues could be fixed. Joe came out and explained to me that no removal was necessary as the water problems was not the result of the old deck, that he didn't install but was a dirt issue too close to my house. He explained to me how to fix the problem and didn't even charge me a service call. I offered him some money for the service call and he refused, saying its simply just customer service and to remember him if any other projects need done. Boy you can be sure of that. In a world of overcharges its refreshing to deal with someone with consideration.
