Last year I booked a party with two princess for my daughters 1st birthday. The Person Who was in charge of the entertainers Kathy could not provide me with picture of who was going to play the roles of the two princess. I was a little upset at that, because for the money you pay this company you should at least get to see what to expect. They showed up and were dressed very nice. They also carried on the roles of princess very well. Although, when it came to face painting it's not very professional they may need to practice a little more. My daughter liked it so this year we decided to call them up again. This Year we were looking to hire tinkerbell. Ran into the same problem once again. The entertainer playing tinkerbell on their website would not be the one showing up to my house. They did not have a picture once again. For 150 dollars for 45 minutes I think they should provide a picture of everyone upon hiring .It is not hard now of days to email a picture to people if their is not one available at hand. There was a problem with the time it seemed to be my fault although when I spoke to the tinkerbell she never confirmed a time. My party was at 2pm She did not get there till 5pm by that time I lost about 6 kids and the rest were pretty tired and she could not get full attention. She was dressed nice, and did try to keep the kids attention, but she just didn't grab their attention the way I would have liked. She was also a bit older. I expected tinkerbell to be very lively and somewhat younger. I had to ask if we could play some more upbeat music to grab the kids attention, She did so and it worked more than what she was doing. I called to explain most of this to Kathy and was even still considering hiring a pirate for my step sons birthday. I didn't feel like she cared much. Also She offered a discount of only 25 dollars only if I booked two characters..lol.. That was a way of saying sure spend even more money and then you can give you a little discount for the inconvience . They Should appreciate their business more. Just think if I hired them 2 times a year every year how much money I would be giving them. I think they are a bit more interested in making money than building their business and establishing customers. They need to remember 150 for less than an hour is a lot more than what most people make in an hour. So when paying someone that kind of money they need to be very good at what they do! Pros: outfits are very professional Cons: expensive , not always knowing who is showing up.
