I can hardly believe the previous review. My family has been patronizing this business for twenty years. I always find them friendly, professional and patient. My kids learned to put in contacts in their office and they didn't care how long it took to get it right. Whenever my glasses get bent or broken, I drop by and they fix them on the spot. They do have cutting edge technology which they offer, but if you don't want it, no problem. Much better than those big chain operations.
