Review content:
Went with two friends and with my husband, who is very picky when it comes to food in general and ethnic food in particular - and had a great time. We were promptly seated and promptly served for both beverages and food. We got the edamame appetizer which was great, and two orders of the Tennessee special (steak, chicken, shirmp) with the salad, soup, veggies and fried rice that accompany most entrees. It was a tremendous amount of food at a very reasonable price.. The ginger dressing for the salad was wonderful, the soup was tasty, and the hibachi chef did a fantastic job, with both cooking and performance/interaction. My husband loved the spicy (plum?) sauce, and everyone agreed that the meat and veggies were delicious, flavorful, and well prepared. We did not try the sushi, though our tablemates did and seemed to enjoy it. It has been a few years since I've been to a Japanese steakhouse, and the experience at Fuji was better than I remembered. We will return soon and recommend it to any.
Pros: Ambiance, service, great food for a good price
