Review content:
My wife was referred to this company to get a sleep study which she had on 8/22/08. Monday 8/25/08, a Dr Rajesh Patel called to speak with my wife. He insisted to my wife that she had severe sleep apnea and that she must come back right away or she would die! When my told him she was going out of town camping over the holiday he told her she cannot or she would die! By the time she was off the phone, she was terrified. She didn't sleep well last night because she is afraid she might die in her sleep. This is nothing more than unethical behavior. Never have I heard of a doctor calling a patient witth this kind of news, and then insisting she must come in right away or she would die. Strongly recommend you find a different doctor and service. These folks are likely trying to scare you and sell you the most expensive equipment they can. I've filed formal complaints with the Medical Board, my insurance company, and the Better Business Burea.
Cons: Terrifies patients on telephone calls saying they will die unless they come right in.
