I've had Handyman Matters Spokane out here several times, and every time I have used them, they have arrived on time with a good working knowledge of what needs to be done. One time their craftsman even arrived a minute earlier than the appointment and was able to look at the problem. Handyman Matters Spokane has done a real variety of things from weather-proofing, window cleaning, to minor repairs to metal siding. They've also installed lighting in my shop and garage. They have always done the job in an efficient and cost-effective manner. One thing about them is that they always follow up with a phone call within hours after completion to see how well things went. If something is not done completely correctly, they will rapidly correct the problem at no extra charge. They have sent the same guy (Mike) every time, which they probably don't do on purpose, but it's really nice to have the same craftsman. He knows me and it's been really nice to work with him. Dave is in my business networking group and I've known about his business since the beginning. I worked with the business of Dave's sister too and I've known about Handyman Matters Spokane for two years since they started.
