After eating at Yamasakis several times now, I can truly say they have one of the most diverse and outstanding menus of any salt lake eatery. Its perfect for family, friends or a romantic date. They make fresh soup from scratch everyday and always have special sushi, fish and meat dishes so even regulars like me are never bored. Service is outstanding and the portions are huge. I especially love the bento boxes they have which allow you to sample a variety of the excellent dishes they have to offer. My vegetarian friend is in love with their wild mushroom ravioli with miso sauce. This restaurant is a true original and I urge everybody to give it a try. You won't regret it
