This guy is a thief.Hired to do a couple month project and had to fire him after 9 months and job not completed.Scott was not prepared to work,had to borrow tools and never had materials ready to go.Had 2 nice guys work for him but they had no knowlege in construction and they were left alone all day.Scott would show up around 2:30 every other day and give his workers very little guidence.Paid him per contract and he was always out of cash for next phase.The building inspectors were amazed that he has a contractors license because they said he did many things wrong.I am not the only home owner to be taken by Scott.The jobs he was doing before and after mine were equally bad.I had to hire other skilled contractors to repair and finish the job Scott was paid in full for.His contracts have hidden clauses.This was a very horrible experience.
