I have dealt with customers as an electrician for 20 years and as a hotel & mall maintenance for the last few years. NEVER EVER have I gotten into an argument with a customer or tell them that they ""didn't know what the F@%K they are talking about"". Took a week to get them to show up and both times they were late. Then they make a mess on my brand new carpet and freshly painted walls (we just moved in 2 weeks ago).
The ""tech"" shows up with his teenage helper. Both are covered with nose, ear and face piercings. Both are unprofessional and unprepared. Then when they found out that I complained to the Home Warranty Company, they refused to finish the work until I cut them a check.
NEVER EVER LET AIRZONE A/C IN YOUR HOME!!!!!!

Cons: Rude, Messy, Unprofessional
