POOR SERVICE AND PARTS AT PENCE SERVICE CENTER!!! I purchased front struts from Pence in April and paid $878 and now in August I am told I need new front struts again. Pence Nissan said they did not use Nissan parts so only the struts are covered under warranty and I'll need to paid $400 again to get the structs replaced just after only 4 months usage. They acted as if I was unreasonable when I thought this was rediculous. They said if they had used Nissan parts, I would not have to paid any costs for the replacement. Of course when they put the struts on, they did not tell me they were using poor quality replacement parts.
