Review content:
The owner of the company (Matt) was quick to tell us that he prides himself on service and that his reputation is of the utmost importance because he is a local guy whose parents are teachers in the school district.
He promised weekly service on specific days unless it rained and offered to send us literature to share with our neighbors in the hopes of gaining their accounts too.
Needless to say, we never received any literature - over the course of 7 weeks he has showed up 3 times in good weather to cut the grass. Doesn't return phone calls but he has been known to ""text message"" at his convenience. We have also yet to billed for the measly 3 cuts we did receive the last of which was 3 weeks ago.
Empty promises are all you will get here.
Pros: Great Sales Pitch
Cons: F for Service and Communication
