Review content:
It has been more then two years since I've had my tonsil surgery. I have written a review for this place a few times in paper form and even on here, but never posted it. So here we go. I checked in with the receptionist at the desk. I told her that I didn't have a sterile cup to give a urine sample. She said oh people bring one in food storage containers (and a few other things, but that one stuck in my head). i don't think I would do that myself and i don't know if oking that, is something that she should be doing, because someone might bring it in a container that wasn't clened out well or something. So she gave me a sterile cup and I went into the bathroom. Then I came out and sat in the waiting area with the cup of urine in my hand. The lid was on it, but I don't know if it would've been more professional if she had taken it from me. So the next step was to go with the nurse, and she asked me a series of questions. My problem with her was her constantly saying yes dear, ok dear, is that too tight dear. It drove me nuts. My one compliment to her was that she called my family and made sure someone would stay with me overnight. And that also gave me an opportunity to see some of my nieces, nephews, brothers, etc. that were visiting from out of state. When she called me two days later, I didn't want to tell her that she says these dear things too much. So I told her that there are no complaints, when she asked me. And fort. no one else on the pre surgery/post surgery team drove me nuts. Surgery was a success.
