I went to this shop for many years because although slow and sometimes a little off, I found that they were better than many in town. However, the customer services has gone severely downhill. After being a faithful customer (one who even returned hangers!) on a monthly basis for a long time, even I started experiencing being yelled at and brushed off if I complained about uneven or sloppy work. Once I was even shooed away and berated in front of others when I came to pick up my clothes on the promised date and found them not ready. And when I told them I wanted an explanation as to why I was being treated this way although I had been a long time and loyal customer, the yelling got louder and I was told they did not need my business. So they don't have it anymore. Try Lizon or First Class.
