Signed up for deals through Living Social. Took 3 months to get them here. Why? Tried calling 20+ times to set up appt by their voice mail was full (strike one). Finally got to leave a message after over a month of trying but had to wait several days for someone to call me back (strike two). I already paid so I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. House windows were nice. Car details? If you want to call it that. At half price I WAY WAY WAY overpaid. There was still dried mud on my car when they finished. They didn't clean the inside windshield. They didn't vacuum the trunk. They didn't moisturize the leather (one of the biggest reasons I wanted this and told them to do so). There was still dirt and grime in places around the car (strike 3). Detail? I barely call it a car wash! Called to voice my dissatisfaction (had to leave a voice mail, of course) but never a callback (strike four?). Robert Wojcik seems like a nice guy but I would never recommend using this company for anything.
