Businiess name:  Stained Glass Castle

Review content:
WORST customer service ever. First they send us out someone to prep the door and he was totally unprepared. Jan (the owner) said he would be here two hours. He was here for 5. He had to borrow the correct tools and then had to make two runs to get supplies. Plus he had already been here to check out the door before he did the work. Then when he left, he left the door completely hacked apart. He couldn't even get the door knob back on. We called Jan and let her know how upset we were about the instal and she went nuts and hung up. After further inspection of the actual glass we found a crack. We called back to see if she would come out and look at it, and her response was that we could hire the same door hack and have him come out and take the glass out, bring it to her and she would charge us to fix it. I would have rather given my 1600 to a homeless person. This woman and her business is a complete joke. I would not tell anyone about her, and I hope she gets some help, or closes down.
