Review content:
I keep having bad experience after bad experience with Stevenson's. I have gone to them for a few years now to do laminations for my business because they are the cheapest I could find, but I'm learning that it's really not worth it. Last time, I went in and asked if they could do the laminations for me because I had a meeting to get to. They said yes and it would take an hour. I came back an hour later to find my project untouched in the corner and the employees sitting there chatting with each other. When I finally alerted them to my presence, they were like, ""Oh yeah! We'll get that done in a minute."" ...and then went back to chatting. Altogether, once they actually started it, it took them about 15 minutes total to do the whole thing (although there were quite a few pieces of hair laminated on the pages--gross). I came back to them today with the EXACT SAME order, and the girl at the desk said they could do it for me, but it would take a few days--seriously?! A few days for a 15 minute project? It wasn't even busy in there. I am taking my business elsewhere from now on.
