This place recently changed its name to "Sunrise Buffet". I went there tonight and it was HORRIBLE!! My friend and I had a buy one get one free coupon from the Syracuse book and the bill came up to $17+!! They added a 15% gratuity on for using the coupon and they didn't even clean our table or get us drinks (MANDATORY 15% gratuity for no service!!!!). I went up and got my own drink. On top on all that, there was really not much food there. Each dish had maybe 1-2 pieces of food in it if any at all (and they still were open for another 3 hours). There were only 4 tables that had people at them, and the people sitting next to us had already asked them to put more food out because nothing was there but they didn?t. So we had really no food, what we did have was horrible, we had no service for plates or drinks, the floors had trash all over them and oh yeah, they gave me a desert fork to eat with wrapped in the napkin. We complained when we were checking out, which we did at the front because nobody brought us a check (like I said NO service at all, they were all sitting at a table chatting), but when we were upset the male worker didn't care and did nothing to make us happy. I will never go there again.
Pros: NONE.. oh wait it was nice and warm
