Don't move here. They tell you one thing and give you another. It is a great view but that is where it stops. The parking is expensive there isn't much storage so you have to pay for extra storage. I pay $730 to live on the 13th floor but I also pay $10 a month to be billed and $20 a month for heating even if I don't use it. In the summer I pay about $80 a month for crappy AC that doesn't even cool us down. Oh by the way you can only use either the heat or the AC depending on what the whole complex has set up for that time. So plan on sweating in your sleep. My neighbors smoke maryjane all day. At random it smells like someone is smoking a cigarette in my kitchen. The laundry machines are horrible, to do one load of laundry it costs $2.75 and the machines are very small so you have to do a ton of loads. Basically I pay on average $900 a month for the apartment and that doesn't count my electric, cable, phone, or internet bill. It is not worth it you can do a lot better elsewhere. Never live here. Pros: The apartment name is a lie so the city is blighted with only one tower not towers. Cons: Expensive, old, smelly, trickery, hidden costs
