Edie just catered my parents party and I couldn't be more thrilled with her service. Her food was amazing!!! Truth be told we were fighting over the leftover chicken marsala & pork that we brought home.
Her catering services went well beyond my expectations. Edie helped me organize the party and gave me such valuable insight. She took care of the linens and all the desserts (using Maria's bakery) and saved me a ton of money and time. She is a true pro! She loves what she does and it shows!
She kept telling me that she wanted ME to have a great time at the party because she would have everything under control. AND she did! She has a great staff that was extremly helpful and polite. The event was a huge success and I could NOT have pulled it off without Edie and her staff!
Great food, great staff! Edie is the only caterer for me!
