Review content:
Staff over worked. Huge delays in wait time for appt and no communication. The nurse does not listen to what the patient is saying and makes decisions as if they are the physcian themselves. wait time to have a kidney stone handled is over 3 and half weeks. I would not recommend this practice to anyone especially because it is attached to Rex Hospital and you are treated as if you are going to a free clinic. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr's office in NC since I live here foe 8 years. Find a Dr not attached to a hospital.
Pros: parking, close to Rex
Cons: Too busy, staff over worked, they don't listen
