Review content:
Went here for Saint Patricks Day. Only because its right down the street from my house. I'd been here once before and had a burger for $8 that was gross, made from low quality, machine processed beef. This time I went with my wife. We each ordered a beer and she ordered the Chicken Sandwich ($7.50). I had the Fish and Chips ($8.25). It was not busy but it took ten minutes to get our beers, when we did get them by wifes was room temperature and the girl did not bring the lemon she had asked for. I ordered a Guinness ($5) which was brought to me in a 10 ounces paper coffee cup. The food shows up and I cannot believe how small my pieces of fish are. They reminded me of something you would get out of a HungryMan Dinner at Wal-Mart. 3 tiny pieces. I'm not sure what kind of fish it was supposed to be but it tasted very fishy, so probably nothing decent. Half my fries were undercooked. My wife said the chicken sandwich tasted fine but it was very small. $35 plus tip for a bunch of garbage. The popularity of this place bewilders me. An Irish bar in name only, it has no real personality or character other than the sterilized/polished atmosphere they are obviously aiming for. If matching patio umbrellas are more important to you than good food then you might like O'Niells. Otherwise steer FAR clear of this place. Pros: I dont have to go there ever again Cons: Overpriced Food and Drinks
