Review content:
I went into Pep Boys on a Saturday night about 7:25pm on 9-25-10 They are open till 8:00pm. I had a tire in my trunk with a bad valve stem. All they had to do was to break the tire bead, install a new valve stem, and air up the tire. That's all. The service Manager there said ""No"". Then he told me it would take about thirty minutes to complete that itty bitty simple operation.
