I am an anglo but I speak Spanish fluently. I can tell you that these people talk to each other in Spanish, then turn around and tell the non-speakers bold-faced lies. I heard them while I was waiting there for equipment of mine that they couldn't find. Then one employee turned around and lied to me too and I answered him in Spanish, saying I heard what he had just said to a guy who must've been the boss, and that I knew what he was saying wasn't true. The boss got mad and the whole situation went down from there. I got my saw, which still doesn't run well, and left. I will never go back. Later, I was complaining to our yard guy and he said he used to go there but he won't anymore because they will tell you mentiras (lies). And he's hispanic. You'd do better to go to Southwest Mower on Willowbend or Southwest Fertilizer on Bissonnet if you live in SW Houston.
Pros: The lady clerk was nice.
Cons: Hard to park, hard to tell if being lied to, unfair to customers
