Review content:
Be very cautious with Ogorek accounting firm. In March 2010, Ms. Ogorek requested extra time to pay her $800 commitment to the charity for 2010. This was granted and money spent on her behalf. Since then, when we try to collect, she has ignored emails, phone messages and letters. When called from another area code, she answered the phone, but quickly hung up, never calling back. Had she said she did not want to participate in 2010, we would have found another donor, but now the charity is scrambling to find money to cover her $800 plus the value of the jewelry she asked we send to fund raise for the girls and she never paid for. She knows the charity does not charge extra to cover bad debts and we are volunteers. I would think an accountant would understand money management, moral obligations and ethics. An accounting firm, without these traits, make me wonder how they are managing other accounts and billings.
