My husband got a hold of Russ Appliance Service and they came out the same day to repair a dryer; Russ told us it needed a new circut board and would need $285 from us to order it and should receive it Monday or Tuesday; would go ahead and schedule Tuesday to return to fix. He has not returned nor has he returned a half dozen calls to find out the status. He cashed the check that he required before ordering the part immediately. I am very concerned about being ripped off by this company.
