I will post a new review ""IF"" I ever get the part installed. Thurs 12/8 Russ Appliance came by & manually defrosted my freezer. Said they will install the part tomorrow, Friday 12/9 between 12-4. I was stupid & wrote a check for ALL labor & the part $200+. Never showed up or called Friday. I called 2x. Both the owner & the tech. Call on Sat & left messages, too. Call owner Monday, 12/12. He said the tech was sick Fri & he had car trouble. Said he would be out 4:30 or later either that day or the next day, Tues 12/13. Never received a call on either day, then they never showed up. Called the owner last night, Tues 12/13, his mailbox is full. Called the tech & left a message. Today, Wed 12/14 still have not heard from either. Call just now @ 11:15 & I get a message that states ?the person you have called is unavailable right now, please try again later.? I get that message for both the owner & tech.
