First thing thru the door and a sour stench hit us in the face. Not sure what it was but it didnt get any better in the bathroom either. The mens bathroom smelled like a nasty nursing home. The urine smell was horrible. My 12 year old daughter said that the womens wasnt any better.
The waitress was nice and helpful at least. When our food arrived it was the worst Mexican we have ever had. I got the lunch fajitas and they were $9.95 and there was barely anything there for the money. My wife got the taco dinner w/rice and refried beans. The taco shells were burnt. The rice and beans tasted soured.
We have both eat at El Chico since we were children. This was the worst experence we have had. We eat at the El Chicos on Murfreesboro Road in Nashville all the time and have never had an issue. Go to the one on Murfreesboro Road instead and skip the one in Goodletsville!!
