I've been dealing with City Auto Repair for about fifteen to twenty years now, and I'm on my third car with them. I really like those guys! My experience with them has always been very satisfactory. I take my car in and they fix it for me.
They've never padded a bill, or made up things that needed fixing. They've even told me when I don't need things fixed, and that my car is just older. They ease my mind about it's aches and groans. I've been ripped off before at other places, and it makes me feel good that I have a shop like this to take care of me now. They are ethical and professional. They never strong-arm me into doing anything I don't want or need to have done.
I've sent so many people over there, and they treat all of my friends very nicely. They are friendly, warm and nice. They chat with you and make you feel comfortable when you have to wait. They even try to soften the blow when they have to deliver bad news to you. They always go out of their way to make their customers happy.
