Review content:
We have been going to City Auto Repair for many years, about fifteen to twenty years now. That's where we take all of our vehicles! It's easy to lose track of time! Since we are long-standing customers, we know they are trustworthy, dependable and professional. They keep track of everything on the computer, so it's easy for them to note what needs to be done and when and they'll keep you posted on what's coming up, which is great! Scheduling service is easy to do and it's nice to be able to set up a day ahead of time.
Recently, I was getting ready for a trip to the mountains, and I had taken my car in for maintenance. They called me before they started doing the work. They worked so hard, they were able to get the job done that same day, when I had been thinking it might take two days. I thought that was fabulous! Everything that needed to be done was done.
I really like the special touches they've been adding to the shop and to their service. Like around the 4th of July, when they decorated the waiting room really nicely, and how they've been checking in with customers to make sure we're satisfied. That all adds up and means a lot!
