Review content:
Very unprofessional dealership. Salesman did not know his products, told me the car I wanted had sync (it did not), told me I had the agreed upon monthly payment for 60 months (it was actually 72). They did not tell me they were transferring the tag from my trade-in, and they did not give me the old plate. When I received the new registration, it had my old tag number listed. It took me five phone calls before I found out they had lost the tag. They told me they had to report the old tag lost/stolen with the police, then told me they were not going to charge me for applying for a new tag (like they were doing me a favor!!) I should have just walked out and gone elsewhere. If you want a Ford, go somewhere else!!!!!!
