Mike from Abel Carpet Tile And Wood couldn't have been any nice. He was so cordial and willing to answer any question I had. He was also constantly in contact, before and after installation. This guy is really on the ball.
I'm not that familiar with carpeting but Mike said "Don't worry about it, I will answer anything you want and get you whatever carpet you want," and he did, no matter how stupid I thought my question sounded. He assured me that there was no rush and that I should take my time and I must have had him show me a billion samples. He was very polite and cordial.
Between Mike and the crew he sent out, things could not have been more professional or more nice. They handled everything like it was china, were very extremely careful with everything. Couldn't have been better.
I appreciate anybody that does good work and who stands behind their product, which Mike and Abel Carpet Tile And Wood definitely do. I would absolutely use them again and I recommend them to ANYBODY.
