Review content:
This company sure has changed. I have been using this company for over ten years, bought glasses, regular and shades , bought new lenses when they got scratched, bought new frames and lenses. So I go in today to get new lenses for my regular glasses and I am told "" Oh, we don't do that anymore, you have to buy new frames also, orders from the home office."" OK I said and picked out some new frames. The salesperson then asked me for my prescription and I said it's in your file and she said I needed a new one as mine was over a year old. I said I see perfectly well with this prescription and she said sorry we just can't do it. At that point I got disgusted, muttered something about how they had found a new way to rob the visualy challenged and walked out. So much for loyalty.
Cons: No customer loyalty
