She had given me the price of the job and it ended up being another after the work was done and when I called her on it, while the worker was still here, her reply was, ""It is convenient for YOU to remember it that way"", raised her voice and tried to argue with me. I had had them come out to remove a gas line, it only took 15 minutes, and cap it off but the worker did not mark the site or bury the line deep enough and capped it just high enough to where it could not be seen and I was charged over $93.00 when she told me it would be $50.00 and the price of the cap.
Cons: The woman on the phone is very rude and quotes wrong prices
