I actually love this restaurant. I've never had a bad experience. I think it's unfortunate that this restaurant got a bad review but I'm not suprised. Often people only take the time to sit down and complain. Rarely do people seek out to find where they can post a positive experience when they visit a business. I usually come there with 3 children and the staff is always friendly and patient. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer than you may like but it's because the staff is taking time with their customers, which is not common these days. They constantly have checked back with us to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything else we needed. Sometimes the crowd in there is a little stuffy/snobby...but not the staff.
Pros: Good food, friendly staff
Cons: Sometimes there's a long wait, but that's because it's worth the wait.
