SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Please beware if you meet with the owner of this former bridal salon, now ""event planning"" business, Helen Wu...she and her husband Pat ARE COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS!! I ordered my wedding dress from them while their store was still in San Gabriel, they were so nice and helpful and my mom and I went to the store a couple times before we decided on the dress. After I ordered the dress last November, everytime I tried to follow up with Helen via email or phone, I would not hear back from her until after I sent several emails, she still responded to me, telling me that everything was in order and the dress was scheduled to arrive on time...after much time and effort on my end, I sadly discovered this April after talking with the dress manufacturer, that the dress HAD NEVER EVEN BEEN ORDERED....they supposedly were ""moving"" to a new store in Pasadena as one of the other reviewers mentioned...but there is NO STORE. Helen still has a website for A Timeless Occasion, in which she claims to offer wedding planning services...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH HER UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A DONATION TO HER FAKE BUSINESS...unfortunately my mom and I lost our desposit that we paid to secure my wedding gown and won't be getting it back...you cannot track her down or find her...SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! Pros: NO PROS AT ALL Cons: THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME
