Review content:
I saw first hand of what Trinity portrayed to my friend the night before her wedding. The reason she went with this facility was because of their flexibility for extra guests. First off, the day of the rehearsal the owner was supposed to meet us at the hall for practice. None was there. We called the number on the door and none answered after several messages. One of the other bride's maids called information and got another number. After calling it she was placed on hold, only to hear the man on the other line speaking to another person saying , ""I don't know how they got my number. They have no right to call me at home."" Finally the man showed up 45 minutes late. When she discussed her ideas for music that was already approved by the female consultant prior to the rehearsal she was told that she couldn't do it. The speaker system could only be heard through the reception hall (the other room) and wasn't making any promises about the mic working for the wedding. It was horrible. The man had a bad attitude too. He made my friend, the bride, cry. He also told her in front of multiple bridal attendants, including her father, that if she had 20-30 more guests for the reception there would be no additional charge. The next day was the wedding. We got there early, only to find out that the room's air conditioning was broken where the bride was supposed to be getting ready in. Eventually we complained enough to use the office instead. That evening she had 25 additional guests then what was paid for. The owner pulled the father aside to tell him that he had to pay for them. The father confronted him about his verbal agreement to the bride the evening before and he denied that he said no additional charge. His argument was that he said if there was 10-15 more guests he wouldn't charge. In addition the female consultant apologized for everything and then had the nerve to insult the bride's maid dresses! Bottom line..get it in writing!
Pros: pretty scenery
Cons: bad customer service, expensive price for what they give, not delivered as promised
