Review content:
First of all, before i bought an ad from Bench Craft I did thorough research on the company. The company deals with about 50,000 customers a year on average. If they only have 111 complaints with the BBB in last three years, thats doing good. Not every body can be pleased. Dell has worse reviews than these guys. I bought an ad from Bench Craft in October of 2011, for a golf course in south florida. I was going to be placed in their course guides for a full 12 months for $395. The sales rep was very honest, polite, and considerate of my time. When I bought my ad I was given confirmation that the payment was made. In December the guides hit the course a month late, which was fine because I was informed of the change. It is now January, and me and my husband got our first client from the guide. The guy said he was recommended by the course, he saw we were a preferred vendor there and he plays every saturday at the course. We are showing him a few properties next week. I think the bad thing is that not many people take the time to write good reviews. Keep up good work BCC, count me in next year!
